Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire – hybrid Role: Residential Conveyancer Salary: £45,000 to £65,000
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to completion.
- Generating new work and converting enquiries into instructions.
- Identifying cross‑selling opportunities across the wider firm.
- Key Requirements
- Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to completion.
- Qualified solicitor, legal executive, barrister or licensed conveyancer in England and Wales.
- Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development.
