Location: Preston
Salary: Β£25,000 PA (rising to Β£28,000) Year 2 OTE: Β£35,000 +

Business development β Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities through phone- based and face- to face engagement.
Candidate sourcing & Management β Attracting top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
Sales & Negotiation β Matching candidates with the right opportunities and closing deals.
Building Long Term Relationships β Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and candidates.
