Role Overview
- Complete assessments for service users
- Support individuals from point of entry
- Provide screening, assessment and recovery plans
- Deliver one-to-one intervention
- Have experience working within the substance misuse field
- Be aware of health issues relating to substance misuse
- Have experience of key working and care planning
