Salary: £27,000 - £35,000
What you will be doing:
- Payroll processing for weekly, 4 weekly and monthly payrolls
- Calculation of wages, bonuses, overtime and statutory payment deductions
- Ensure compliance with tax and employment legislation
- Prepare and submit payroll reports
- Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records and ensure data is inputted correctly
- Handle payroll amendments, starters, leavers and year-end processes
- Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio, handling queries and offering payroll advice
- Reconciliation of payroll reports
- Processing CIS returns for contractors
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience within payroll
- Experience in a payroll bureau / managing multiple payrolls at one time
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
