Reablement Assistant

About the Reablement Assistant Role
As a Reablement Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include supporting the reablement process, ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and efficiently. This position is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of project activities related to staff reallocation and resource management. The ideal candidate will have a background in care or similar roles, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Candidate Responsibilities as a Reablement Assistant
- Assist with the planning and execution of staff reablement activities
- Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to reablement processes
- Monitor progress and report on reablement tasks’ completion
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Candidate Requirements for the Reablement Assistant role
- Experience as a Care Assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work across different sites if required
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
