Responsibilities
- Landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, forfeiture and dilapidations.
- Real property disputes involving easements, restrictive covenants and rights of light.
- Property-related contractual disputes.
- Possession proceedings and trespass claims.
- Professional negligence claims involving surveyors and other property professionals.
Qualifications
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 5 to 7 years’ PQE Experience in managing a full caseload of Commercial Property Litigation matters.
- Comfortable in supervising and mentoring more junior members of staff.
