Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Lancashire based law firm for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding litigation department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with at least 5 years’ PQE to join a forward-thinking practice known for its strong regional reputation, excellent client relationships, and supportive working environment.
Location: Lancashire/Hybrid working
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE & interview performance
Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial property disputes
- Handling landlord and tenant disputes, including possession proceedings
- Advising on boundary disputes, easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants
- Managing lease disputes and dilapidation claims
- Dealing with adverse possession and nuisance matters
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Property Litigation
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of property disputes
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
