Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Lancashire based law firm for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding litigation department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with at least 5 years’ PQE to join a forward-thinking practice known for its strong regional reputation, excellent client relationships, and supportive working environment.

Location: Lancashire/Hybrid working

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE & interview performance

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial property disputes
  • Handling landlord and tenant disputes, including possession proceedings
  • Advising on boundary disputes, easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants
  • Managing lease disputes and dilapidation claims
  • Dealing with adverse possession and nuisance matters

About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Property Litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of property disputes
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
