We’re looking for an experienced Joiner to join a Property Services team delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance in domestic homes.
What you’ll do
- Carry out joinery repairs and maintenance in domestic properties
- Install, repair and replace doors, kitchens, flooring and fixtures
- Work across tenanted and void properties
- Complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
- Carry out basic multi-trade tasks (e.g. minor plumbing, plastering)
- Ensure properties are left safe, secure and tidy
- Use mobile systems to manage and update jobs
- Deliver a professional, respectful service in customers’ homes
- Join an on-call rota (if required)
