Service Care Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join our busy and supportive Compliance team in Preston. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for remote working after probation. We're looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and enjoys building positive relationships while working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Compliance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring candidates meet all compliance requirements before starting work. You'll work closely with candidates, clients, and consultants, maintaining accurate records, managing deadlines, and providing excellent support throughout the compliance process.

Responsibilities

  • Completing a variety of administration tasks
  • Record Keeping on the company's CRM system
  • Data Collection and tracking compliance on our onboarding system
  • Keeping track of compliance changes
  • Tracking Information on an ongoing basis
  • Liaising with internal staff and external candidates
  • Ensuring good compliance standards across agency staff
