Salary: £27,000 - £35,000

Responsibilities

  • Payroll processing for weekly, 4 weekly and monthly payrolls.
  • Calculation of wages, bonuses, overtime and statutory payment deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and employment legislation.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports.
  • Maintain up to date employee payroll records and ensure data is inputted correctly.
  • Handle payroll amendments, starters, leaver and year end processes.
  • Act as a main point of contact for your portfolio, handling queries and offering payroll advice.
  • Reconciliation of payroll reports.
  • Processing CIS returns for contractors.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years experience within payroll.
  • Experience in a payroll bureau or managing multiple payrolls at one time.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
