- Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including RTA, employers’ liability, and public liability claims.
- Handle files from initial instruction through to settlement or court proceedings.
- Draft legal documents including witness statements, schedules of loss, pleadings, and settlement offers.
- Conduct liability and quantum assessments to advise clients on claim prospects.
