Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded and award-winning Personal Injury law firm in Manchester.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner, Litigation Executive, Chartered Legal Executive, or Qualified Solicitor to join the growing Personal Injury department.

The role will manage a personal injury caseload, supported by dedicated administrative and paralegal staff.

£35,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE) + uncapped bonus

Job Type

Full‑time, Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of claimant personal injury files from inception through to settlement.
  • Handle matters including road traffic accidents (RTA), employer's liability (EL), public liability (PL), or other personal injury claims, depending on experience.
  • Progress litigated and pre‑litigated claims efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer care throughout the claims process.
  • Draft legal documents, witness statements and court documentation where required.

About you

  • Qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive, litigation executive, or experienced personal injury fee earner.
  • Previous experience managing your own claimant personal injury caseload.
  • Experience handling litigated files is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
