Are you passionate about supporting individuals through online interventions?
We are seeking Online Advisors to join our dedicated team in London for an exciting contract role lasting 2 weeks.
If you have experience in delivering digital support, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping others overcome challenges, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and information to gamblers and impacted others through digital channels, including telephone, video, and chat.
- Conduct initial assessments to ensure clients access appropriate support services.
- Develop and implement recovery-focused care plans, monitoring outcomes and adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Support and mentor recovery coaches, contributing to service development and online support initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to support client wellbeing.
- Follow safeguarding protocols, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times.
- Participate in supervision sessions, training, and continuous professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification or proven experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychology, or Addictions.
- Demonstrated experience in digital or online support delivery.
- Knowledge of gambling harms, safeguarding, and confidentiality protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across digital channels.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and video conferencing software.
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain clear professional boundaries.
- Flexibility in working hours, including two late shifts per week (12:00-20:00).
- Willing to attend occasional meetings at our London HQ (expenses paid).
