Location: Oldham
Salary: £60,000 – £68,000 per annum DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid Working Available
Responsibilities as Head of Litigation Department:
- Lead and manage the Litigation Department, including supervision, mentoring, and development of junior fee earners and support staff.
- Oversee a varied litigation caseload, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Drive business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships to support department growth.
- Assist in shaping department strategy, achieving growth objectives, and meeting performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management procedures, and firm policies.
- Monitor departmental financial performance, billing, and profitability.
