Service Care Solutions is recruiting experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist background) to support Urgent Care Centres across Manchester.
- ACP Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients presenting with a wide range of urgent care conditions.
- Conducting autonomous clinical assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
- Managing minor injuries, illnesses, and undifferentiated patient presentations.
- Developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans.
- Prescribing medications within your scope of practice.
- Requesting and interpreting relevant investigations where clinically appropriate.
- Making referrals to secondary care and other healthcare services when required.
- Providing health advice, education, and support to patients.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, patient‑centred care.
