Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering Camden and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation works within social housing properties.
- Complete inspections and identify required remedial works.
- Undertake multi-trade repairs including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and general maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs within occupied and void properties.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance records using mobile devices.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.
- Proven experience working within social housing maintenance.
- Multi-trade skills desirable.
- Experience carrying out inspections and maintenance works.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
