Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a high-quality residential home supporting children and young people aged 6–18 with emotional and behavioural needs. The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a solo residential children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and staff development are maintained. The home provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and social needs, enabling them to thrive and reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (highly desirable)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working within residential childcare
- At least 12 months' experience in a management, senior, supervisory, or team leader position
- Detailed knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and relevant childcare legislation
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
