Location: Morecambe, Lancashire

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE) + KPI Bonus of up to £8,500

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a high-quality residential home supporting children and young people aged 6–18 with emotional and behavioural needs. The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a solo residential children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and staff development are maintained. The home provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and social needs, enabling them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (highly desirable)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working within residential childcare
  • At least 12 months' experience in a management, senior, supervisory, or team leader position
  • Detailed knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and relevant childcare legislation
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people
