Candidate Responsibilities
- Providing practical and emotional support to families experiencing difficulties
- Assisting families to develop effective parenting strategies
- Coordinating with social services and other agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children
- Conducting home visits and assessments in line with organisational policies
- Supporting families in accessing community resources and services
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of support provided
- Promoting family well-being through targeted interventions and advice

- Proven experience as a Family Support Worker or similar role
