Mental Health Practitioner / Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) – Early Intervention | NHS Agency Contract | Derby Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting experienced Mental Health Practitioners / Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPNs) for a full-time agency contract within the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service based in Derby . Contract Details: Location: Derby (Community-based role) Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rates: £27.00 per hour (Umbrella) £21.71 per hour (PAYE, inclusive) Role Overview:This role is based within the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Service , supporting individuals aged 14–64 who are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing a first episode of psychosis. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused care. You will be responsible for managing a defined caseload, conducting comprehensive assessments, and delivering a range of psychosocial interventions. The role also involves working closely with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
