Based in your regional women's centre five days a week, you'll be the first friendly face women see when they walk through the door.
What you’ll be doing:

- Leading group induction sessions to help women navigate the service
- Building and delivering a lively monthly activities programme, working alongside two other regional coordinators
- Managing the centre helpline, safeguarding processes and risk assessments

- Keeping the centre running smoothly — from the activities calendar to feedback monitoring
What we’re looking for:
- Strong office management and administrative background
- Excellent Excel and data monitoring skills
- Great interpersonal skills — you can build trust quickly with vulnerable women
- Calm under pressure, confident multi-tasking in a busy environment
- A genuine understanding of safeguarding and risk
- Experience of the criminal justice sector, homelessness, substance misuse or domestic abuse work is a bonus, but not essential — what matters most is your ability to create a safe, welcoming space.
