We are currently looking for experienced Plumber Multi Traders to join a busy maintenance contract covering South London. This role is mainly plumbing-based, carrying out responsive repairs, maintenance works, void property works, and property MOTs across residential properties. We are looking for reliable tradespeople who can also turn their hand to general multi-trade repairs when required. This is long-term, steady work with a company van provided.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
  • General multi-trade works including carpentry, patch repairs, tiling, painting & decorating, and basic maintenance
  • Working across LCDM cases within residential housing
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
  • Using PDA systems to update and complete jobs in real time
  • Managing van stock and materials
  • Working safely and following health & safety procedures
  • Providing good customer service while working in tenants’ homes
  • Completing jobs to a high standard and aiming for first-time fixes

Qualifications

  • Strong plumbing experience essential
  • Multi-trade experience preferred
  • Previous social housing or property maintenance experience desirable
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
  • CSCS Card desirable
