Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for a hybrid role – remote developmental history interviews combined with in‐person clinical assessments – focused on ADHD, autism, dyslexia and dyscalculia. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team at EX13QS, contribute to high‐quality diagnostic assessments for children and young people, and use digital workflows and an electronic health record system to maximise clinical impact.
Salary: £30,000 to £55,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct face‐to‐face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments
- Complete remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom
- Participate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinical support where required
- Deliver clear, compassionate diagnostic feedback to families
- Produce accurate, high‐quality clinical reports and formulations using smart tools
- Meet service KPIs through effective caseload management
- Provide clinical supervision where applicable
- Travel to clinic bases for in‐person assessments (hybrid role)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England
- Experience conducting autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments in CYP
- Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations
- In‐depth knowledge of DSM‐5 criteria for autism and ADHD
- Experience using tools such as ADOS‐2, ADI‐R or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
