We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join a well-established maintenance team covering Dartford, Kent and Croydon. This long-term ongoing opportunity involves working across occupied and void residential properties, offering consistent work, strong support and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing repairs
- Diagnosing and fixing leaks, blockages and minor pipework issues
- Completing bathroom-related repairs and maintenance
- Undertaking basic multi-trade work when required, including minor carpentry repairs and door adjustments
- Working independently within tenants’ homes
- Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience within domestic or residential plumbing
- Multi-trade experience preferred
- Own tools and transport required initially
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional and capable of managing your own workload
