Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Nurse / Advanced Practitioner to join a GP Practice in Brighton on a full-time, permanent basis. As Lead Nurse / Advanced Practitioner, you'll combine advanced clinical practice with visible, hands-on leadership. You'll be responsible for developing the nursing and Healthcare Assistant workforce, establishing high clinical standards and creating a culture where people are supported to learn, improve and deliver excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment
  • Provide visible, hands-on clinical leadership within the practice
  • Develop and support the nursing and Healthcare Assistant workforce
  • Establish and maintain high clinical standards
  • Support a culture of continuous learning and professional development
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and clinical support to colleagues
  • Promote excellent, patient-centred care
  • Support clinical governance, quality improvement and best practice

Essential Requirements

  • Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) – essential
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within General Practice / Primary Care
  • Advanced clinical practice experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Package: £54,140.87 per annum, Brighton, Full-Time, Permanent position. Locum applications will also be considered.
