Hours: 35 per week Monday to Friday

What You will Do

  • Carry out scheduled grounds maintenance across multiple estates
  • Plant and maintain seasonal flower beds, hedges, shrubs, and turf
  • Weed, spray, and perform seasonal leaf clearance
  • Operate and maintain a range of manual and powered gardening tools
  • Apply and store chemicals safely in accordance with regulations
  • Remove and dispose of green waste responsibly
  • Assist with landscaping projects and ongoing improvements
  • Respond to urgent issues such as vandalism, hazards, or defects
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and wear PPE as required

What You will Need

  • Full UK driving licence (you will be using company vehicles)
  • Experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
  • Ability to safely operate horticultural machinery and tools
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Basic understanding of health & safety regulations
  • PA1 & PA6a pesticide certificates – desirable, not essential
  • A satisfactory Basic DBS check

This is a physically active, outdoor role. You must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and confident using powered tools and machinery. A full UK driving license and a Basic DBS check are essential.
