Service Care Legal are working with a well-respected East London law firm seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its busy Legal Aid Family team. You’ll manage a caseload of domestic abuse and private family law matters, providing expert advice and representation to vulnerable clients from initial instruction through to conclusion.
Responsibilities
- Handle Legal Aid family matters with a focus on domestic violence and injunction proceedings.
- Represent clients in court and provide high-quality legal advice.
- Deliver excellent client care while managing a busy caseload.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with proven Legal Aid Family experience.
- Children Panel Accreditation is essential.
- Strong experience handling domestic abuse matters, including non-molestation and occupation orders.
- Excellent advocacy, communication and client care skills.
Please note that this position is an in-office position.

Salary: £45,000 to £60,000
