Contribution Co- ordinator (our client) – Contract (2 weeks).

Experienced Contribution Co-ordinator who thrives on planning, people engagement and delivering high-impact community events.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Contribution Co-ordinator programme to ensure an efficient process and effective on-site management for event completion.
  • Create an operational guide, including checklists, safety protocols, risk assessments, inductions, and ensuring all equipment is ready.
  • Plan, deliver and coordinate events, including marketing material development to attract suitable stakeholders, volunteers and community participants.
  • Recruit volunteers and local residents as part of the role, and identify trusted local hosts/convenors for activity on the ground.
  • Work with partnerships (local authorities, public bodies and organisations) to co-create projects in high-visibility locations.
  • Act as the single point of contact for programme queries, providing advice to participating individuals and supporting agencies.
  • Support communications by engaging stakeholders, delivering briefings, and promoting the programme with the Comms team.
  • Produce reports on effectiveness (numbers involved and positive case studies) and maintain a clear understanding of community cohesion opportunities.
