Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced qualified Conveyancer for a reputable law firm in Merseyside. This role offers a chance to further your career in a supportive, forward‑thinking firm with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)

Working Pattern: Hybrid Working Available

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and maintain excellent levels of client care throughout the process.
  • Prepare and review contracts, legal documents, and completion statements.
  • Undertake AML checks, compliance procedures, and risk assessments in line with firm policies.
  • Maintain accurate file records and ensure all matters are progressed efficiently within deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with proven residential conveyancing experience.
  • Ability to independently manage a residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident working within a fast‑paced environment and managing competing priorities.
  • A client‑focused approach with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
