Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
- Provide clients with regular updates and maintain excellent levels of client care throughout the process.
- Prepare and review contracts, legal documents, and completion statements.
- Undertake AML checks, compliance procedures, and risk assessments in line with firm policies.
- Maintain accurate file records and ensure all matters are progressed efficiently within deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with proven residential conveyancing experience.
- Ability to independently manage a residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working within a fast‑paced environment and managing competing priorities.
- A client‑focused approach with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
