Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join a well-established law firm in East London, supporting its busy Matrimonial & Litigation team.

Please note that this is an office-based position.
You'll provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, helping them deliver an excellent client service while maximising fee-earning time.
This is a client-facing role, so professionalism, discretion and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Audio typing and preparing legal correspondence and documents.
- Managing diaries, appointments and court hearings.
- Opening, maintaining and closing client files.
- Handling client enquiries, calls, emails and post.
- Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and third parties.
- Preparing bills, processing payments and supporting the billing process.
- General administration including filing, scanning and document management.
About You
- Previous Legal Secretary experience, ideally within Matrimonial, Family or Litigation.
- Fast, accurate audio typing skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
