About the Role
As an Experienced Social Worker within the Children Looked After Team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people in care, ensuring they receive high-quality, child-centred interventions that promote stability, safety, and positive outcomes. Requirements
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- Registration with Social Work England
- Experience working within Children's Social Care, ideally within a Children Looked After or similar statutory team
- Strong assessment, safeguarding, and care planning skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- A commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for children and families
