We are recruiting for a Service Charge & Rents Officer to join a busy and supportive housing team in Norfolk.

The Role

This position plays a vital role in delivering accurate and transparent service charge and rent services to residents, working across a portfolio of over 7,000 homes. Key duties include:

  • Administering service charge billing, calculation, and reconciliation
  • Supporting rent setting and charge application processes
  • Managing relationships with managing agents and scrutinising costs
  • Ensuring compliance with housing legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Responding to resident queries and resolving disputes
  • Supporting continuous improvement across systems and processes

We’re looking for someone with:
