Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a respected national provider of children's residential services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate care professional to support the leadership of a residential children's home and play a key role in creating a safe, stable and nurturing environment for young people.
This role is ideal for a Deputy Manager who wants to be more than an operational support — someone who wants to help shape standards, develop teams and contribute to positive outcomes for children.
The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the effective running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance while helping to build a positive and supportive culture. You will be a role model for the team, supporting staff development, promoting consistency and stepping up when needed to ensure children receive the care and support they deserve. This is an opportunity for someone who is motivated by making improvements, building relationships and helping young people thrive.

About You
- Experience working within children's residential care
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and children's care standards
- The ability to support, motivate and develop a team
- A passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
- The confidence to lead by example and support the Registered Manager
