We are currently recruiting an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our agency team, supporting individuals with neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and complex care needs across a range of specialist inpatient settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Pay Rate: £14.24 – £15.00 per hour (PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay).
Key Responsibilities:
- Neurological rehabilitation (physical and cognitive support)
- Long‑term complex care and specialist nursing support
- Supporting patients with sensory impairments and disorders of consciousness
- Respite care and short‑breaks support
- Palliative and end‑of‑life care support
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6–12 months UK experience in a Support Worker or HCA role
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
- Ability to follow care plans and clinical instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days and nights
