An exciting opportunity has arisen with a forward‐thinking and values‐driven housing provider for a Head of Service Charges, Rent & Income. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering strategic direction across income, rent setting, and service charge functions. Reporting into the Director of Tenant Services, the incumbent will lead the organisation's approach to service charges, rent application, and income collection across a large and diverse housing portfolio of over 7,000 homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across rent, service charges, and income collection
  • Oversee policy development, compliance, and regulatory alignment
  • Lead on income maximisation and arrears reduction strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement, system enhancements, and service transformation
  • Manage and develop high‐performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
  • Act as a key representative at regional and national forums
