Multi Trade Operative Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Pay: £20.99 Umbrella per hour
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with a strong carpentry background to carry out repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in and around Haywards Heath.
Duties
- Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs within occupied properties.
- Complete a range of multi-trade works, with a particular focus on carpentry.
- Carry out repairs to doors, frames, locks, kitchens and other timber fixtures.
- Complete additional general maintenance and multi-trade tasks as required.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
- Ensure works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Provide a professional service to residents and tenants.
Requirements
- Strong carpentry experience alongside additional multi-trade skills.
- Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.
