Responsibilities
- General site maintenance and minor repairs across occupied and/or communal areas
- Carrying out multi-trade tasks as required (EHL2 + CTC handyman multi-trader)
- Basic plumbing, patch repairs, and fixing/adjusting fixtures where required
- Painting touch-ups, small carpentry repairs, and general DIY support
- Keeping work areas tidy and ensuring tasks are completed safely and to standard
- Reporting any issues, parts requirements, or escalation needs to the relevant contact
- Working to a schedule and responding promptly to requests during the 2 week contract

- Own basic hand tools (as typically expected for this level of Handyman work)
