Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated Ground Maintenance Operative to join a Housing Association team on a contract basis.

Pay Rate
Β£14.78 per hour PAYE inc. holiday | Β£19.15 per hour Umbrella LTD
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am β 4:00 pm (35 hours weekly)
Responsibilities
- Support the Grounds Maintenance Team in soft landscaping tasks
- Clear pathways and curbed areas of litter and debris
- Edge grassed areas and maintain lawn boundaries
- Cut back hedges and shrubs using strimmers and hedge cutters
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
- Assist with general garden maintenance and outdoor upkeep tasks
Qualifications
- Prior experience in similar roles
- Health and safety conscious
- Full UK driving license (company van provided)
