Are you an experienced Social Worker with a passion for working with children and families?
We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our Children\'s Social Care team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of prospective foster carers
- Support and supervise foster families to ensure their needs are met
- Attend recruitment events to promote fostering services
- Engage in multi-agency work to safeguard children's welfare
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed to facilitate assessments and recruitment activities
- Maintain comprehensive case documentation in line with organizational policies
- Contribute to team meetings and case reviews, providing expert advice as a Senior Social Worker
- Candidate Skills & Experience
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant social care registration (Social Worker)
- Experience working with vulnerable children and foster care systems
- Strong assessment and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
