Finance Manager – Capital & Balance Sheet Location: London Contract: Temporary (3-month initial period) Rate: £633.32 per day umbrella | £557.08 per day PAYE inclusive | £497.08 per day PAYE exclusive Start Date: ASAP Hybrid Working Contact: greg.waite@servicecare.org.uk Job Description Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of a London-based Local Authority for a Finance Manager (Capital & Balance Sheet) to join on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will lead capital and fixed asset accounting, ensuring that revenue and capital accounting entries underpinning the Statement of Accounts are produced promptly. The Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing the Statement of Accounts, Group Accounts, and other statutory returns. They will also provide financial advice related to taxation and VAT, and support the development of the capital strategy as part of the medium-term financial strategy, including policy formulation.
