Overview

Service Care Legal are working with a well-respected East London law firm seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its busy Legal Aid Family team.

You’ll manage a caseload of domestic abuse and private family law matters, providing expert advice and representation to vulnerable clients from initial instruction through to conclusion.

  • Handle Legal Aid family matters with a focus on domestic violence and injunction proceedings.
  • Represent clients in court and provide high-quality legal advice.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with proven Legal Aid Family experience.
  • Children Panel Accreditation is essential.
  • Strong experience handling domestic abuse matters, including non-molestation and occupation orders.
  • Excellent advocacy, communication and client care skills.
