Service Care Solutions Ltd. seeks an EDT Children’s Advanced Practitioner for a 2-week Out of Hours contract.
The role supports vulnerable children and families during evenings and night hours, outside standard working hours, to safeguard and promote safety and well-being.
It is office-based until 22:00 in a warm, collaborative environment.
You will respond to urgent safeguarding concerns, perform comprehensive assessments with multi-agency teams, and help day staff ensure continuity of care.
