Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and installation works.
  • Complete fault finding and diagnostic work within residential properties.
  • Work across both void and occupied tenanted properties.
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with current electrical regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and job documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service when working within occupied homes.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Testing & Inspection qualification desirable.
  • Previous experience within domestic maintenance, social housing, or property maintenance environments.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
