Litigation Lawyer - Edinburgh Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Litigation Lawyer to join the Office of the Advocate General, the UK Government's Scottish Legal Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied and often high-profile caseload involving public law, judicial review, human rights, constitutional law, equality law and devolution matters. The role: Manage a varied litigation caseload Advise UK Government departments on complex legal matters Work on public law, judicial review, human rights, constitutional law, equality law and devolution matters Work closely with Counsel and other legal professionals Represent clients in Court and Tribunal proceedings where required Manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines We are looking for: Scottish-qualified Solicitor or Advocate with a Valid practising certificate Strong litigation experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage complex matters and tight deadlines Key contract Details: Salary: £63,758 - £334.77 per day LTD Paye: (INC) £284.00 Queen Elizabeth House (QEH) Edinburgh - Hybrid, 40% office based Initial 6-month contract with possible extension 23 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
