Contract Details
- Location: East Sussex
- Contract Length: 2 weeks
- Hours: 30 hours over 3 days per week
- Specialism: Chronic disease management and wound care
Responsibilities
- Managing chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory conditions
- Wound assessment and appropriate dressings
- Administering vaccines and immunizations
- Conducting health screenings and health promotion activities
- Supporting patient education and self-management
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Candidate Requirements
- NMC registered Practice Nurse
- Proven experience in chronic disease management and wound care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Availability to commit for the full 2-week contract
