Overview

Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 specialist looking for an opportunity to lead the development and evolution of enterprise applications within a forward-thinking organisation?

We're recruiting for a Dynamics 365 & Application Technical Lead to take ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, driving system enhancements, integrations, automation, and continuous improvement across a modern application estate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, configuration and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CE and F&O.
  • Design and implement Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and business-critical applications.
  • Support and maintain enterprise applications including DRS, People HR and Microsoft 365.
  • Oversee application environments, deployments and release management.
  • Create technical documentation, test plans and user training materials.
  • Manage application security, permissions and identity access in line with best practice.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to design solutions that meet operational requirements.
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and support business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience administering, configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Dynamics deployment processes.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and wider enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of application security, identity and access management (IAM), and GDPR principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working within Agile environments.
