Children's Home Registered Manager Salary: £51,731 - £59,606 per annum + Bonus Opportunities Location: East Sussex Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider of therapeutic residential childcare for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's home in East Sussex. The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operation of a children's residential home.
- Inspire, support and develop a high-performing staff team.
- Ensure children receive outstanding care in a safe, stable and nurturing environment.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and work towards achieving and sustaining Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes.
- Promote a therapeutic approach that supports positive outcomes for children and young people.

About You
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in children's residential care.
- At least 2 years' experience managing and supervising staff.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
- Successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
