Service Care Solutions Ltd is looking for multiple Customer Service Advisors to join their busy contact centre in Solihull. This temporary role, expected to last approximately 4 months, requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage high volumes of contact.

The successful candidates will handle customer queries, conduct outbound calls, and ensure data quality for vulnerable customers. The position is fully office-based, and candidates are expected to work 37 hours per week.
