Crawley & Medway (On-site). Flexible Hours Available (Up to Full-Time). From £24.93 per hour (LTD). Enhancements for Nights & Weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct remote clinical assessments for patients accessing the 999 service
- Provide onward referrals or safe home management advice using clinical decision support systems
- Support and coach Emergency Medical Advisors (EMAs) and dispatch teams within the EOC
- Clinically assess, prioritise, and manage incidents to ensure patient safety and appropriate resource allocation
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
- Use strong negotiation skills to coordinate care and facilitate appropriate referrals
- Act as a clinical leader within the EOC, including making safeguarding and capacity/consent decisions
- Recent experience in a 999 Clinical Advisor role
- Active NHS Pathways training within the last 6 months
- Willingness to attend internal training
- Nurses must hold Adult Nursing qualification
- Ability to work on-site in Crawley or Medway (within commutable distance)
