Location: Warwickshire (Nuneaton Justice Centre or Leamington Justice Centre)

Rate: £38 per hour Umbrella

Contract: 3-Month Ongoing Contract

About the Role

This is a non-caseholding position, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced practitioners who are passionate about safeguarding and child protection but are looking to step away from managing a caseload. You will play a key role in supporting safeguarding processes, attending conferences and working alongside partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
  • Minimum 4 years post-qualified experience
  • Extensive Child Protection and Safeguarding experience
  • Strong understanding of multi-agency working and child protection procedures
  • Ability to obtain Police Vetting due to the role being based within police buildings

Working Arrangements

The successful candidate will be based at either: Nuneaton Justice Centre, or Leamington Justice Centre

Full duty days (usually twice per week)

Travel to child protection conferences and related meetings across Warwickshire (typically once or twice per week in addition to duty days)

Benefits
