ROLE:
Residential Property Paralegal
LOCATION:
Chelmsford, Essex
SALARY:
£26,000 to £30,000
Please note that this position would be office based.
The Role
- Supporting residential property and new build transactions
- Managing client onboarding, ID/AML and source of funds checks
- Preparing searches, completion statements, SDLT and Land Registry forms
- Assisting with exchange, completion and general fee earner support
The Person
- 2+ years’ residential property/paralegal experience
- Experience supporting fee earners across multiple matters
- Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
- A professional, proactive and client-focused approach
